PRACTICAL DEFENSIVE TRAINING (AIRSOFT®)
This course is an interactive, reality-based defensive training course. During this course you will learn how to defend yourself in situations that you will face in real life. In this course, you will have to react and engage live targets using Airsoft weapons, enabling you to learn and hone techniques that you cannot learn from simply shooting at stationary targets on a lane-based range.
For this course you do not need a weapon or any other special training but you will need a basic understanding of marksmanship and how to operate a pistol. Though very realistic, this training is also safe, no matter what your age or background.
Some of the scenarios include:
- An assailant with a gun pointed at you
- An assailant with a knife
- More than one assailant
- Carjacker

PRACTICAL DEFENSIVE TRAINING (PDT) Level I
This is the introductory course to reality-based training. In PDT I, you will focus on proper presentation of your firearm (“the draw”). You will learn how to move while drawing your weapon and simultaneously evaluating a threat. You will then put your skills to the test in a reality-driven scenarios that will allow you to build upon the skills that you have just learned.

PRACTICAL DEFENSIVE TRAINING (PDT) Level II
This course is the second step in reality-based training. As a prerequisite, you must have taken PDT I or you must demonstrate the ability to properly draw your weapon while moving and engage a moving target within 5 meters before attending this course. During this course you will further build upon your skills gained in PDT I by learning to contend with multiple attackers armed with various weapons. You will learn how to respond to a carjacking and other potentially life-threatening situations. After completing this course, you will be eligible to attend our monthly Practical Defensive Shooting League, where you will learn and build upon the skills learned in level I and II and run through various complex scenarios.
This course is the second step in reality-based training. As a prerequisite, you must have taken PDT I or you must demonstrate the ability to properly draw your weapon while moving and engage a moving target within 5 meters before attending this course. During this course you will further build upon your skills gained in PDT I by learning to contend with multiple attackers armed with various weapons.
